Meet Our Counselors!

Meet Kelli Bertram

Hey! I’m Kelli. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My therapy style is warm and judgement free. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. When working with a client the most important thing to me is building a relationship. Change and growth happens best when we feel safe and supported. I try to provide everyone with that space. Life is meant to be enjoyed! If you are ready to become the best version of yourself, as well as just get back in control of your life, I would love to meet you and help get you started on this new journey!

I have over 11 years of experience working multiple roles, but my experience is mostly with mothers who are experiencing postpartum depression. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, parenting problems, child development/behavior problems, and career/entrepreneur challenges. I have also worked with young adults who are needing more of a life coach/setting goals.

Specialties:  Pregnancy, Prenatal, Postpartum, Anxiety, Life Transitions Issues,  Career Counseling, Coping Skills, Depression, Domestic Violence, Family Conflict, Parenting, Peer Relationships, Self Esteem, Stress, Women's Issues, postpartum depression, Sexuality,  Bisexual, LGBTQ+

Our goal is to help clients reach their full potential.

Meet Madisen Paige

“Consider how the wildflowers grow; you must allow yourself to grow in all the places people thought you never would.” – E.V

Hi, I’m Madisen Paige—a Provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I help individuals, couples, and families find clarity, connection, and healing—especially when life feels overwhelming, stuck, or uncertain.

My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe that therapy should be a safe and supportive space for growth, not just a place to process pain. Whether you're navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others, I’m here to walk alongside you in that journey.

I have experience working with:

  • Military individuals and families navigating the unique stressors of service life

  • Adolescents facing emotional, behavioral, or relational challenges

  • Individuals and families impacted by complex trauma and PTSD

  • Clients managing substance use and co-occurring mental health struggles

  • Couples seeking to rebuild trust, strengthen communication, or deepen connection

  • Families working through conflict, transitions, or generational patterns

I use a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that integrates evidence-based practices like Parts and Memory Therapy and Natural Processing, both of which support deep healing by helping clients safely access and resolve unresolved emotional wounds.

In my work, I often draw from the Satir model of Experiential Family Therapy, which emphasizes the interconnectedness of the family system and the power of authentic, vulnerable communication. I also bring in techniques that support emotional regulation, attachment repair, and psychoeducation, tailored to each client’s unique needs and story.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered—where we can explore your experiences at your pace, and work together to help you move toward healing and wholeness. I believe in your capacity to grow, even in the places you may have felt stuck for a long time.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
